Introducing the Swift Programming Language

On June 2, 2014 at WWDC, Apple made a shocking announcement: the venerable Objective-C language, used by millions of developers worldwide to create applications and games for iPhones, and iPads, and Macs was being pushed aside for a new, more modern language:  Swift.

As of today, outside of a few privileged Apple employees, we are all Swift novices.  This is an amazing opportunity to get in at the ground floor of a turning point in the Apple development community.

This site will offer resources, tutorials, and a community for those learning this exciting new language.
